Carole Bernadotte - As a Management, Organisation, and Operational Excellence Consultant with an engineering background, I bring a dual French-Australian perspective and fluency in both French and English. I spent 8 years working in a large industrial group in the defence sector, managing complex, high-risk projects within cross-functional environments. In 2023, I joined a management consulting firm, assisting major companies in their strategic transformations.
After several years working alongside these key industry players, I launched my independent consulting business to offer tailor-made support - combining strategic vision with operational pragmatism - for organisations and leaders.
Now, as the founder of STRATIQ SOLUTIONS, I help clients structure their organisations, strengthen performance, and manage change effectively.
